Based in Central Scotland, Common Chord is a vibrant platform celebrating original music across all genres.
We bring together Scottish artists and musicians alongside people who are new to Scotland or have connections to other parts of the world, creating shared spaces for creativity, storytelling, and collaboration through music.
From experimental sounds to traditional forms, each piece of music reflects a distinct voice, lived experience, and shared human journey shaped by culture, place, and belonging.
Through live events, our digital magazine The Third Place, and community initiatives, we aim to foster connection, wellbeing, and meaningful dialogue, creating inclusive environments where music and stories bring people together.
